OUTCOMES

Selected outcomes from Boon Elite's independent, predominantly image-based work across Recovery and Performance, shared with client permission. The cases include medical findings, client feedback and contemporaneous observations.

Recovery Outcomes

1. ORTHOPAEDIC FRACTURE RECOVERY

Fracture already completely healed at the five-week follow-up.

A proximal humerus fracture was sustained during sporting activity and managed under specialist orthopaedic supervision without surgery.

Boon Elite's 0–48hr Priority Access was activated on New Year's Eve, with remote support beginning within approximately two hours of hospital assessment, alongside conventional medical care.

At the scheduled follow-up five weeks after injury, radiographs confirmed that the fracture had already completely healed. The exact point at which healing was completed is unknown and may have been earlier.

The individual also demonstrated strong functional return, excellent muscle strength and continued progress towards normal shoulder movement.

Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon's Review

“Today's x-rays show that your shoulder fracture has completely healed. There is remarkably good alignment, and clear evidence of callus which is mineralising and becoming bone already, which is somewhat ahead of our usual experience.”

2. PLATEAUED SHOULDER RECOVERY

Client-estimated movement improved from approximately 60% to over 95% within 24 hours

Following two months of pain and restricted shoulder movement the client received one remote Boon Elite session.

During the image-based session, observations concerned the areas of restriction and changes in how the shoulder presented.

The client subsequently reported feeling heat during the session.

Videos recorded immediately before and less than 24 hours after the session documents the change in movement.

3. ACUTE DISTRESS FOLLOWING BEREAVEMENT

Chest discomfort eased within minutes, allowing the client to regain composure

Following a sudden bereavement, a client was visibly distressed, unable to stop crying and experiencing chest tightness that affected her breathing.

She wished to regain sufficient composure to continue with professional appointments already scheduled for that day.

One remote Boon Elite session was provided, focusing on the immediate distress rather than treating or removing grief.

During the session, the client reported that the physical discomfort eased and her breathing returned to normal.

She subsequently regained her composure and continued with her planned working day.

Client Testimonial

“Within a couple of minutes, the tightness and discomfort in my chest eased and I could breathe normally again.”

At a previously arranged event the following day, the client remained understandably affected by her loss. The reported change concerned the immediate distress, not the grief itself.

Performance Outcomes

4. INDIVIDUAL PLAYER PERFORMANCE SUPPORT

Three sessions. Marked changes in confidence, involvement and willingness to take opportunities.

A football player was struggling to back himself in key moments, frequently deferring opportunities and showing hesitation in his decision-making and physical involvement.

Three Boon Elite sessions were undertaken, with attention to the issues affecting his performance.

Session One

An immediate change was reported in the player's confidence and involvement. He appeared sharper, more alert and more willing to take opportunities.

Session Two

The player entered a different team environment and experienced limited touches on the ball. His composure remained evident, although opportunities to demonstrate changes in performance were more limited.

Session Three

Returning to a familiar environment, the player demonstrated greater confidence, more direct play, improved decision-making and an increased willingness to take on opponents.

Performance Feedback

“He looks like a different player.”

“Taking chances he never would have.”

“I've seen a massive difference.”

“We could have been in a different place if we started earlier.”

The feedback documents changes observed across the engagement rather than a guaranteed performance outcome.

5. TEAM PERFORMANCE SUPPORT — MATCH TURNAROUND

Two scoring observations documented 3 and 4 minutes before subsequent goals

During the closing stages of a knockout match, a team was trailing.

Initial Boon Elite observations concerned an attacking player who appeared to be experiencing difficulty converting opportunities.

Following that player's substitution, attention shifted to restrictions perceived around the goal area and the team's attacking opportunities.

During the match, an observation was documented that a particular player would score.

Approximately four minutes later, that player scored.

A further observation was recorded that the same player might score again.

Approximately three minutes later, he scored a second goal.

The team recovered from its losing position, won the match and progressed in the competition.

The observations were recorded before the relevant match events occurred.

Original timestamped notes and supporting images are retained on file.

Rejuvenation Outcomes

FOUR-WEEK TARGET GROUP

Three participants. Four weeks. Entirely remote.

No makeup. No Botox. No fillers. No facial treatments during the tracked period.

Participant-taken photographs compare the original baseline, the Week 4 image taken before the final session, and the Week 4 image taken afterwards.

The photographs were not clinically standardised, so normal differences in lighting, angle, expression and camera distance must be considered.

The changes were immediate — and some were retained between sessions.

1. UNDER-EYE & MID-FACE REJUVENATION

Softer under-eyes, plumper-looking mid-face and firmer-looking skin

Baseline | Week 4 Before | Week 4 After

The clearest visible changes appeared around the under-eyes, cheeks, nose-to-mouth lines and overall facial freshness.

By Week 4, the Before image still showed visible differences from the original baseline, with further change apparent after the final session.

Client Testimonial

“Really pleased with the results. If you look at the first photo taken 4 weeks ago to the last one today its less puffy and dark under the eye area, the lines from nose to lips are not as deep and my skin in general looks firmer. Around the mouth looks tighter. During the remote sessions I felt warm & relaxed.”

2. EYE AREA & LOWER-FACE DEFINITION

More open-looking eyes, smoother mid-face and cleaner lower-face definition

Baseline | Week 4 Before | Week 4 After

Visible changes were particularly noticeable around the upper and lower eye area, the eye-to-cheek transition, mid-face and jawline.

The later photographs showed less heaviness around the eyes, a smoother-looking mid-face and cleaner definition through the lower face.

Some of those visible differences were already present before the final session, with a further shift afterwards.

3. WHOLE-FACE REJUVENATION

Softer under-eyes, fuller-looking cheeks, softer lines and cleaner jawline definition

Baseline | Week 4 Before | Week 4 After

The strongest overall visual response in the group.

Changes appeared across the under-eye area, cheeks, mid-face, nose-to-mouth and lower-face lines, and jawline.

The later photographs showed softer-looking under-eye hollows, a fuller and more supported-looking mid-face, softer facial shadows and firmer-looking lower-face definition.

The change was not confined to one area. It was whole-face.

Client Testimonial

“They say ‘you look great’ and can’t work out why. A closer girlfriend says I look younger. How fab is that!”

WHAT REPEATED

Across the group, recurring visible changes included:

Plumper cheeks
Softer under-eyes
More open-looking eyes
Fuller, more supported-looking mid-face
Smoother facial lines
Cleaner jawline definition
Firmer, fresher, more rested-looking skin

Some changes were visible immediately after individual sessions.

Some remained visible before later sessions.

WHAT CLIENTS FELT

The work is completely remote, but clients often describe very specific physical sensations while it is happening.

“Were you working on the nerve supply to the face muscles around the cheeks? My jaw joints were so energised! I’m still buzzing now.”

“Best you’ve looked in a long time. Whatever you’re doing keep it up” Said my ex!

Other reported sensations have included warmth, tingling, relaxation, pressure and release around the face.

Everyone experiences the work differently.

7. SOFT TISSUE TRAUMA

Faster than expected healing progression and return of hand function documented within two weeks

A client sustained an acute soft tissue laceration requiring emergency hospital treatment and wound closure.

Boon Elite Priority Access began immediately following hospital treatment, during the acute post-trauma period.

Sequential visual documentation over less than two weeks recorded the progression of the wound and the return of functional hand use.

The client reported that medical professionals overseeing the case were pleased with recovery and had described the healing progression as faster than expected.

Original photographs and client updates are retained on file.

8. POST-FRACTURE SHOULDER RECOVERY

Front crawl resumed later the same day following one remote session

A client had experienced a shoulder fracture requiring immobilisation in a sling.

Although the fracture had healed, full shoulder movement had not returned. Attempts to improve mobility remained uncomfortable and restricted.

One remote Boon Elite session was carried out without physical manipulation, forced movement or additional loading.

During the session, observations concerned restrictions extending through the front of the chest and shoulder.

The client was planning to swim later that afternoon.

The following morning, she reported that she had successfully completed front crawl during the previous afternoon's swim, with her affected arm clearing the water.

Client Update

“Great news! Yesterday afternoon I was able to swim front crawl so my right arm cleared the water!! So happy!!”

The reported functional change occurred later the same day as the remote session.

9. LONG-STANDING KNEE RECOVERY

No longer concerned about possible knee replacement — client-reported outcome

A healthcare practitioner with more than 20 years' clinical experience sought support for a long-standing, football-related knee problem.

The client reported numbness along the outside of the knee, tightness on the inside, clicking and discomfort affecting everyday movement.

Concern about continued deterioration and possible future knee replacement surgery was present at the outset.

Four remote Boon Elite sessions were carried out.

Although the knee was the presenting issue, real time observations repeatedly extended beyond the joint into the upper leg, hip, groin and pelvic region.

Improvements were reported progressively.

Following one of the later sessions, the client wrote:

“Knee feels easier.”

Over the following period, the client reported that knee clicking had stopped, walking had improved and everyday movement was more comfortable.

Following the fourth session, he reported that further support for his knee was no longer necessary.

Importantly, the client also reported that he was no longer concerned about needing knee replacement surgery.

This reflects the client's experience and concerns, not a medical determination that surgery would never be required.

10. TEAM PERFORMANCE SUPPORT — TOURNAMENT MATCH

A goal followed a documented observation by approximately one minute

During a knockout tournament match, Boon Elite observations concerned a key attacking player, a restriction perceived around his right leg, apparent division within the team and the direction from which an attacking opportunity might develop.

These observations were recorded while the match was in progress, before the subsequent events were known.

Attention focused on the identified player and the potential route towards goal.

Approximately one minute after the key restriction was documented, the identified player scored.

The goal developed from the direction previously noted in the observations.

Further attacking momentum followed, additional goals were scored and the team progressed in the competition.

Original timestamped notes and supporting images are retained on file.
